...Are they not like other Baptists?
This question has been asked frequently, and there is an explanation for our name.
...That is why 'Bible' is the first word in the name.
All that we preach and do, must be measured with the reference
of the Bible. It is our sole authority.
"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for Doctrine, for Reproof, for Correction,
for Instruction in Righteousness; (V:17) That the
Man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all
good works."
(2. Timothy 3:16,17).
The Bible has been written down by men, "moved by the Holy Ghost" (2. Peter 1:21) The Result was that today we have a godly book, also called the Holy Scripture, which consists of 66 books.
... Jesus himself said: "Thy word is truth" (John 17:17) and "Heaven and Earth shall pass away, but my Words shall not pass away." (Mathew 24:35)
The Bible is infallible and the only guideline
for our life and our faith, as set forth in the King James 1611
English Version.
Water-Baptism is only for people
who were born again in Christ. It is a step of obedience and a testimony,
it is not required to be saved. But it is required to fulfil all righteousness
(Matt. 3:15).
The Members of the church should already be born again and scriptually baptised.
The Church is separated from the state
and should not be worldly in its operations.
Jesus Christ is the Head of the church; and no hierarchy
or authority or denomination is allowed to take His place as Head of the church.
Every Christian is a priest, that means, he/she can pray to God by
his/her self and can understand the Bible through the help of Gods Holy Spirit as He promised
(John 14:26).
A Christian by his own free will should want to do Gods Will
Baptists today are spread over the whole world.
... They count approximately 44 Million church members, who have been baptised
based on their own personal confession of believe.
Baptists are NOT a Sect.
... As a sect we consider a religious community, who, in addition to the
salvation in Jesus Christ through believing, also adds other teachings and
considers them neccessary to receive salvation.
One characteristic of every sect is that they consider themselves as
the-only-saving-church.
We, on the other hand, believe that all, who accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their
personal Savior and Lord, will go to heaven, no matter to which church they belong.

of Baptist Churches
... They assemble in the church in the name of the Lord, to worship God,
to give testimony, to pray, to build up the church and to glorify God on earth
(Acts 2:41-47).
...In the New Testament there are Pastors and Deacons who serve and lead the church.
The term 'Elder', 'Bishop' and 'Pastor' refer to the same person.
His function is: to lead, to maintain order, to teach God's Word and to preach.
They act as the 'under shepard' to Christ.
(Acts 20:17,20,28,31)
"Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give,
not grudgingly, or of necessity; for God loveth a cheerful giver."
(2. Corinthians 9:7).
